Well, here we are in yet another lockdown. And if you're anything like us, you might be going slightly mad with a left eye that won't stop twitching. Homeschool, so fun! Right, parents?!
You might also find you're starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel when thinking of fun activities for the kids. It's been 18 long months now. They've done everything there is to do. You might be finding yourself asking if your 10-year-old would still like to play with egg cartons and a couple of pipe cleaners, or are those days gone? Would they want to put a potato and some seeds in a pair of old stockings and make a slightly frowsy grass-haired potato stocking-man that sits on your windowsill for months, or will only the 5-year-old find that amusing? Is the only thing that will entertain them now freakin' TikTok dances?! You don't have the coordination for that.
You know what, we've got you covered with a fun old-school activity fit for any age group (maybe not the teenagers, though, they probably won't be into it) that only requires a piece of paper, some printer ink and some pencils, textas or crayons. That's right. It's time for a good ol' fashioned colouring-in.
Right-click the picture below, save it, press print and throw it down in front of your child with a few stubby crayons while you pour yourself a vino. You deserve it.
