Remedy Drinks USA, LLC (“Remedy Drinks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to keeping your personally-identifiable information secure.  This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) applies to our website (collectively, our “Sites”) and explains the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to use when you visit the Sites and how this information is collected, used, and disclosed by Remedy Drinks.

By accessing or using any of our Sites, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, you must not use our Sites.  Remedy Drinks reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time.  Your continued use of our Sites after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check back from time to time so you are aware of any changes or updates to the Privacy Policy.



This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:

  • on our Sites;
  • in emails, texts, and other electronic messages between you and Remedy Drinks; and
  • when you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Privacy Policy.

This Policy, does not, however, apply to information collected by:

  • us offline or through any means other than as set forth above; or
  • any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from any of our Sites.



Personal Information

On our Sites, we may collect certain personally-identifiable information about our online visitors. Personally-identifiable information relates to an individual consumer – for example, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (collectively, “personal information”).  We don’t require you to register or provide personal information to view our Sites or access much of its content.  We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or you provide to us. We collect personal information directly from you when you fill in forms on our Sites, including personal and payment information provided at the time you place an order through any of our Sites, subscribe to our email list, enter any contests, sweepstakes or games we may be promoting through our Sites or contact us for any reason.  Without limiting the forgoing, the information we collect directly from you may also include records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) with us, your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes, and details of transactions you carry out through our Sites and of the fulfillment of your orders.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of our Sites or transmitted to other users of our Sites or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”), for example, when you post a review about our products. Please be aware that your User Contributions are available to the general public and therefore are posted on our Sites and transmitted to others at your own risk, as we cannot control the actions of other users of our Sites who will have access to your User Contributions.  Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed and/or used by unauthorized persons.


When you use our Sites, we may receive information about your location in order to provide location-based services, such as locating retailers that carry our products.  We will only collect precise geo-location information with your consent; however, some services or features may not function properly without this information.

Aggregated and Non-Personal Information

We collect certain aggregated information from our users when they visit our Sites.  Aggregated information does not relate to a single, identifiable visitor. It tells us how many users visited our Sites or the pages accessed.

We also collect certain non-personal information when you visit our Sites. Non-personal information is about you but individually does not identify you personally, such as information that relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, your household or device.  Without limiting the generally of the foregoing, non-personal information we collect includes information about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Sites, and usage details.



We collect information automatically through data collection technologies operated by our third-party service providers we have engaged to provide certain services on our Sites, each as explained below.  By collecting this information, we learn how to best tailor our Sites to our visitors, including by enabling us to estimate our audience size and usage patterns, store information about our users’ individual preferences, which allows us to customize our Sites according to our users’ individual interests and speed up our users’ searches, and recognize our users when they return to our Sites.

We, or third-party service providers, also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services. Our information collection, disclosure practices, and the choices that we provide, will continue to operate as described in this Privacy Policy, whether or not a Do Not Track signal is received.

Like many websites, we use tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to record your preferences, track the use of our Websites, and measure exposure to our online advertisements. We may also use these technologies to monitor traffic, improve the Websites, and make it easier to use and more relevant. We receive certain information about our users from data collected by the following third parties:

  • Magento – collects personal information used by us for customer service.
  • Amazon – collects information about our users to fulfill, ship, process payments for orders, and for other purposes.
  • Dotdigital – collects information about our users that we use to coordinate our multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Google Analytics – collects information about our users over time and across third-party websites or online services to help us learn about who visits our site, where in the world they are located, and the third-party websites they are looking at.
  • Facebook – collects information about our users over time and across third-party websites for remarketing purposes.

Tracking Technologies and Advertising

Promotional Offers

If you receive communications from us to promote our products or services, you can opt-out by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in our emails. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our Sites.  These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies.  We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of such linked sites.  Nevertheless, we value and seek to protect the integrity of our Sites and welcome any feedback about third-party links.



Our Sites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any information to or on our Sites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on any of our Sites or through any of their features, register on any of our Sites, make any purchases through any of our Sites, use any of the interactive or public comment features of any of our Sites, or provide any information about yourself to us. However, note that we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your account. Also note that, we reserve the right to refuse to accommodate a request to change a user’s personal information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement, cause the information to be incorrect, or prevent us from exercising or enforcing our legal rights or obligations.  You will not be permitted to examine information related to any other person or entity.  You may be required to provide us with sufficient information to verify your identity prior to accessing any records containing information about you.

Users who post User Contributions on our Sites may email us at to request that we delete any of your User Contributions.  However, even if your User Contributions are deleted from our Sites, copies of your User Contributions may nonetheless remain viewable in cached and archived page copied or stored by other users.  Proper access and use of information provided through User Contributions is governed by our Terms of Service.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.  However, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of any of our Sites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of our Sites.
