Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Remedy Drinks Pty Ltd ABN 57 609 783 066 of 33 Endeavour Court, Dandenong South, VIC 3175 ("Promoter"). Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these terms and conditions ("Terms"). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:00:01am on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59:59pm on 31 October 2027 ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period is divided into twelve monthly draw periods, each running from 12:00:01am on the first day to 11:59:59pm on the last day of the relevant calendar month, as set out in Schedule 1 (each a "Draw Period"). All times in these Terms are Melbourne, Victoria time (AEDT or AEST, as applicable). The time of entry is the time the entry is received in the Promoter's database.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and the agencies, review platform providers and suppliers associated with this Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. "Immediate family member" means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether by blood, marriage or adoption), or any other person living in the same household.

4. How to Enter
To enter, during a Draw Period an entrant must: (a) have personally purchased or tried an eligible product; and (b) submit a genuine product review of that product via the review functionality on the Promoter's website at www.remedydrinks.com ("Website"), including their full name and a valid email address. "Eligible product" means any Remedy branded product, including Remedy Kombucha, Remedy Sodaly, Remedy Ginger Beer, Remedy Switchel and Remedy shots and Rova Sparkling Water. Reviews may be positive, neutral or negative. A valid entry remains in the draw whether or not the review is published on the Website. Publication is determined only under the Moderation Guidelines in clause 5 and never by reference to a review's rating or sentiment.

5. Eligible Reviews
To be valid, a review must: (a) relate to an eligible product; (b) reflect the entrant's own honest opinion and genuine experience of that product; (c) be the entrant's original work and not be written by, for or at the direction of any other person, including a competitor, agency or trade customer; and (d) comply with the Promoter's review moderation guidelines published at https://www.remedydrinks.com/pages/reviews-terms-conditions ("Moderation Guidelines"). The Moderation Guidelines exclude only content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, spam, irrelevant to the product, contains another person's personal information or infringes third-party rights. No review will be excluded, edited or ranked by reference to its rating or sentiment.

6. Entries
Each valid review constitutes one entry into the draw for the Draw Period in which it is received. Entrants are limited to one entry per Draw Period, regardless of the number of reviews submitted. Entries do not roll over into later Draw Periods. Entries generated by automated, bulk or third-party means are invalid.

7. Prize
One prize is available in each Draw Period, being a single-use Remedy Drinks online store credit code valued at AUD $100 (incl. GST), redeemable on the Website ("Prize"). Twelve Prizes are available in total. The total prize pool is AUD $1,200 (incl. GST). The Prize: (a) is valid for three years from the date of issue; (b) may be used towards products and delivery charges; (c) may only be redeemed for orders delivered to an address the Website delivers to; (d) any unused balance remains available until expiry; and (e) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.

8. Draws
The draw for each Draw Period will take place at Remedy Drinks, 33 Endeavour Court, Dandenong South, VIC 3175 at 11:00am on the draw date set out in Schedule 1, by random computerised selection from all valid entries received during that Draw Period. The first valid entry drawn will win that Draw Period's Prize.

9. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email within two business days of the relevant draw. The winner's first name, surname initial and state or country of residence will be published on the Website at https://www.remedydrinks.com/pages/review-competition-terms within seven days of the draw and will remain published for at least 28 days.

10. Unclaimed Prizes
To claim the Prize, a winner must respond to the notification email and provide any information reasonably requested to verify their eligibility within 30 days of the draw. If a Prize is not claimed by then, or a winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize redraw at the same place and in the same manner as the original draw at 11:00am on the redraw date set out in Schedule 1. Redraw winners will be notified and published in accordance with clause 9.

11. Review Integrity
All eligible reviews have an equal chance of winning regardless of rating or sentiment. The Promoter will not offer any additional incentive for positive reviews, and will not use rating or sentiment in moderating, publishing, ordering or displaying reviews. The Promoter will display a notice alongside reviews on the Website disclosing that reviews submitted during the Promotion Period were eligible for entry into a prize draw.

12. Privacy
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information, including name, email address and review content, to conduct the Promotion, verify eligibility, award and publish Prizes, and publish reviews. If this information is not provided, the entrant cannot participate. Personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter's related bodies corporate, to service providers including the Website's review platform provider Bazaarvoice, which may store data outside Australia [including in [countries]], and to regulators as required by law. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://www.remedydrinks.com/pages/privacy-policy, which explains how to access or correct personal information and how to make a complaint. Entering the Promotion does not subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. The Promoter will only send marketing to entrants who separately consent.

13. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants, including identity, age, residence and that the entrant has tried the reviewed product. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms, tampers with the entry process, submits multiple or fraudulent reviews, or otherwise acts to compromise the integrity of the Promotion. A Prize forfeited by a disqualified entrant will be redrawn under clause 10.

14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Subject to those rights, and except to the extent caused by the Promoter's negligence, the Promoter is not liable for any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure affecting the Website or the entry process.

15. Cancellation and Modification
If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud or unauthorised intervention, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion, subject to any written direction from a state or territory regulator. Any modification will not materially disadvantage entrants who have already entered.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants resident in New Zealand retain any rights under New Zealand law that cannot be excluded.

Schedule 1: Monthly Draw Periods
The Promotion Period is divided into the following twelve Draw Periods. One Prize of an AUD $100 (incl. GST) store credit is available in each Draw Period. All draws take place at the location set out in clause 8. All times are Melbourne time.
Draw Period 1: 12:00:01am 1 November 2026 to 11:59:59pm 30 November 2026. Draw: 11:00am Monday 7 December 2026. Unclaimed prize redraw: 11:00am Monday 18 January 2027.

Draw Period 2: 12:00:01am 1 December 2026 to 11:59:59pm 31 December 2026. Draw: 11:00am Thursday 7 January 2027. Unclaimed prize redraw: 11:00am Thursday 18 February 2027.
Draw Period 3: 12:00:01am 1 January 2027 to 11:59:59pm 31 January 2027. Draw: 11:00am Monday 8 February 2027. Unclaimed prize redraw: 11:00am Monday 22 March 2027.

Draw Period 4: 12:00:01am 1 February 2027 to 11:59:59pm 28 February 2027. Draw: 11:00am Tuesday 9 March 2027. Unclaimed prize redraw: 11:00am Tuesday 20 April 2027.

Draw Period 5: 12:00:01am 1 March 2027 to 11:59:59pm 31 March 2027. Draw: 11:00am Wednesday 7 April 2027. Unclaimed prize redraw: 11:00am Wednesday 19 May 2027.

Draw Period 6: 12:00:01am 1 April 2027 to 11:59:59pm 30 April 2027. Draw: 11:00am Friday 7 May 2027. Unclaimed prize redraw: 11:00am Friday 18 June 2027.
