I have given up alcohol so this is a really good substitute for wine. I can sip it which is good. Those other ginger beers are full of sugar and I seem to gulp them down. This is much better. Remedy Ginger Beer is brewed with fresh Australian ginger. Staying true to our commitment to sustainability, we use the fresh ginger skins, leftover after pressing for our popular Ginger Lemon Kombucha, to brew a ginger "tea" that forms the base for our ginger beer. Fermented to perfection, the Aussie ginger creates the refreshing bubbles and punchy, exciting flavour you love.
Like all Remedy bevs, Remedy Ginger Beer has no sugar, for real. Throughout the fermentation process, all the sugar is brewed out and converted into organic acids. All natural, no sugar, 100% yum.
All of our fermented drinks are best served chilled, but they can be stored at room temperature. This is because Remedy drinks contain no sugar and no sugar means there’s no risk of re-fermentation. Our authentic, unpasteurized ginger beer contains healthy, strong, happy live cultures that stay alive throughout shelf life.
All of our drinks are non-alcoholic. When it comes to Remedy Ginger Beer, a trace amount of alcohol can be produced during the natural fermentation process. We thoroughly test each and every batch to ensure that this does not go above 0.5% as per national standards for non-alcoholic drinks.
Remedy Ginger Beer is vegan friendly. We have worked with our amazing suppliers to source a high quality, all-natural and cruelty-free ‘honey’ flavour that could be used in our Ginger Beer brew to ensure it was vegan-friendly and suitable for everyone to consume.
