Sodaly Blood Orange Mint Mojito Mocktail

Ready for the sip of summer? Never fear, Eden Vegan is here with a citrusy twist on a mojito.

INGREDIENTS

1 250ml can of Remedy Sodaly Blood Orange
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
Juice of 1 lime
8-10 fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes
Orange slices and pomegranate arils (for garnish)
Mint sprigs (for garnish)

METHOD

Step 1: In a Kip & Co cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, maple syrup, pomegranate juice, and fresh mint leaves. Gently muddle the mint leaves with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the aroma.

Step 2: Add ice cubes and Remedy to the shaker. Seal and shake well.

Step 3: Fill two glasses with fresh ice cubes. Strain the shaken mixture evenly into the glasses.

Step 4: Garnish with orange slices, pomegranate arils, and fresh mint sprigs.
