Good news Remedy fans - we currently deliver our gut loving goodness anywhere within Australia from the back of Burke to Zetland:
- Vic Metro – 3-7 business days
- Vic Country – 4-8 business days
- Other states metro – 4-8 business days
- Other states country – 5-10 business days
We try our very best to get your Remedy order to you ASAP, but we cannot guarantee exact shipping times until we invent a Remedy teleporter or invest in a Remedy delivery drone - sorry! Once your order is processed by the Remedy elves in our fermentary, we'll send you a tracking link. Just so you're completely all over it, you should also receive updates from Australia Post so you can track it all the way to your front door.
DELIVERY FAQ's
Will my delivery take longer at the moment?
We recently moved into our brand new fermentary in Melbourne and are currently experiencing some delays in despatching orders. We're working hard to get your orders to you ASAP and appreciate you hangin' in there. If you haven't received your goods within 5-10 business days, please get in touch.
I ordered two parcels, but have only received one so far. Why?
We ship all your cases together on the same day, however they always each have their own delivery sticker and tracking. Unfortunately, when volumes are high like the current situation, there is a higher risk that they will get split up along the way. We are working with Australia Post to minimise this risk, but in the meantime, if part of your order doesn’t arrive within 7 business days, please get in touch.
DELIVERY TEMPERATURE
Your Remedy goodness will be delivered at ambient (AKA room) temperature. Don't worry though, our raw, live cultured drinks are fine in or out of the fridge, We've conducted stacks of shelf life testing at both refrigerated and ambient temperatures to ensure the live cultures in our raw, live cultured drinks stay happy, intact and safe. We brew out all of the sugar in our drinks so there's no risk of re-fermentation in the bottle.
Once you receive your order though, we do recommend keeping it in the fridge because we think it tastes better chilled.
