"It may be TMI for some but I hey, it’s a natural part of life - I have been drinking this pretty much daily for the past few weeks and I have noticed that I have to take a dump (mostly first thing in the morning) EVERY DAY. This according to research is quite a healthy body rhythm so maybe this (TMI) can assist others on their path to optimum health and wellness too.
