Passionstar Bellini Cocktail Recipe

This delightful cocktail tastes as good as it looks. Prosecco, passionfruit and vanilla vodka, it's everything a summer cocktail should be. Pairs well with pavlova, and your nans shortbread.

PASSIONSTAR BELLINI COCKTAIL

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

25ml vanilla vodka

20ml passionfruit puree

125ml Remedy Kombucha Passionfruit

100ml Prosecco

Fresh passionfruit, to garnish

METHOD

Step 1: Pour vanilla vodka and passionfruit puree into a glass.

Step 2: Top with Remedy Kombucha and prosecco.

Step 3: Garnish with fresh passionfruit.
